The goal for this program is simple: build confident, disciplined, resilient young women who chase excellence on the field, in the classroom, and in their communities. Flag football is the vehicle, but the destination is bigger than wins and losses. We want competitive success and personal growth to happen together, so that when these athletes leave this program, they’re ready to lead — wherever life takes them next.
