The GBBC (Grizzly Bear Backer Club)
In addition to the Registration fee of $200 per player through MySchoolBucks (our program gets $100 of that), there is also a required $200 Players Fee ($180 to our program) for the Tennis Program. This pays for the uniforms, sweatshirts, tournament fees, Awards & Banquet costs, balls, tennis equipment and supplies for the season. This payment will go through the Grizzly Bear Backer Club (GBBC) and has non-profit status (501)(c)(3) so is tax deductible. We have several ways in which this can be paid: 1) a QR Code 2) a Link to the GBBC 3) or a Written Check. The link is below:

The QR code has been posted on Remind. Donations can also be made to the tennis program using any of these platforms.

If you would rather write a check, have your daughter give it to Coaches Jenny or Miguel Phelps at practice and they will submit it to the GBBC with the appropriate paperwork.

For any communication, we are required to use Remind and the district emails. We MOSTLY use Remind to communicate with the team members and parents during the season. To sign up, send a text to 81010, then text the following message: @2026trh. Coaches will then accept your request. Parents of tennis team players are welcome and ENCOURAGED to join Remind.

IMPORTANT - Please text Miguel via REMIND if you have any questions regarding schedules, practices, or any other things you would like to know. We would like to continue to improve our communication with the Parents!!
