STEP 1 – COMPLETE BY FEBRUARY 9, 2025
All players must register for baseball HERE starting February 1st.
Part of that registration process includes providing a current Preparticipation Physical Evaluation that is no older than 12 months. You can download the form HERE.
This form must be signed by a Physician in order to be valid.
At the end of the registration process, you will be required to pay a $200 Douglas County Activity Fee. This fee is refundable if your player does not make a team. The registration fee can be paid at http://www.myschoolbucks.com . You will need to login to your account, find the baseball page, and complete the steps there.
STEP 2: COMPLETE BY FEBRUARY 14, 2025
All players must pay the $350 TR Baseball Team Fee
This fee covers uniforms, hats, baseballs, equipment and other program needs and is refundable should your player not make a team.
Payment can be made through the GBBC
Please click on “OTHER” and input $350, and then complete the remaining fields. In “COMMENTS”, please list your player’s name.
STEP 3: COMPLETE BY FEBRUARY 23, 2025
To ensure that all players are participating in our fundraiser, 13 Rockies Vouchers have been distributed to each player/parent to sell. Each voucher is valued at $50 ($650 total value) and is good for the purchase of 2 Rockies tickets. Each player will be required to pay for all 13 vouchers by the date outlined above whether all are sold or not.
Payment for the vouchers can be made through the GBBC
Please click on “OTHER” and input $650 and complete the remaining fields. In “COMMENTS”, please list your player’s name.
If you would like to pay for the Rockies vouchers and the TR Baseball Team Fee at the same time, you can just enter $1000 in “OTHER” and it will accept the full amount.
If you would like to purchase more vouchers for a group outing, please let Coach Mapps know. We will put you in touch with the Rockies organization to help manage that transaction.
